Farewell to Les Sétoux
The stage location Montfaucon-en-Velay is a rather small, picturesque place. The sightseeing attraction here is the Notre-Dame church with the famous 12 panels by the Flemish painter Abel Grimmer from 1592, which depict the life of Christ.

The Via Gebennensis connects the Swiss pilgrimage routes from Geneva with the Via Podiensis, which starts in Le Puy-en-Velay and leads westwards to the Pyrenees.
