In Tence, we cross the local stream "Le Lignon" over an old stone bridge, and further on there are initially no significant climbs. Only at Les Moulins does a final ascent begin that brings us to the stage destination Saint-Jeures at 1043 meters above sea level, the highest point of today's stage. Particularly worth seeing in the stage town is the facade of the Saint-George church.
Anmerkungen
The Via Gebennensis connects the Swiss pilgrimage routes from Geneva with the Via Podiensis, which starts in Le Puy-en-Velay and from there leads westward to the Pyrenees.
