    Pilgrimage - one reconciles

    Pilgrims wishing to visit the newly revived pilgrim hostel in the Bernese exclave Münchenwilen/Villars-les-Moines choose this variant via Münchenwilen. The pilgrim hostel is open from summer 2011. It is located in the modern extension of the castle. The beautiful little castle and manor house was built after the Reformation on the site of the former Cluniac priory from the 12th century. The castle chapel built in the 19th century invites pilgrims to inner reflection

    Anmerkungen

    The Three Lakes Trail connects the «Regio Basiliensis» with the Romandie, where it merges at Payerne into the «Romandie Trail», which continues via Geneva to France.
