    View from Hörnli to the Säntis massif

    Today's stage will take us over a distance of 16.3 km with a walking time of about 4.5 hours from Tobel to Fischingen. A moderate daily stage awaits us. We start the hike from the Flüügenegg farm heading south and follow the signposted paths. After about 5.0 km we reach St. Margarethen. After another 2.0 km we cross the Murg and reach Münchwilen. From here we follow the Murg to Sirnach and further on to Fischingen. The path today leads us over asphalt and natural trails. Shortly before Fischingen, after about 15.0 km at an altitude of 676 m, we reach the highest point of the day stage.

    Today we pass the following sights: St. Margaretha Chapel, Martinskapelle, Benedictine Monastery Fischingen.

    There is the possibility to stay overnight at the Benedictine Monastery Fischingen.

    Anmerkungen

    The section Tobel - Fischingen is part of the Schwabenweg, which will lead us from Konstanz to Einsiedeln. We are on the Swiss Jakobswege.
