Solothurn-Fraubrunnen

Today's stage will take us over a distance of 17.5 km with a walking time of around 4.5 hours from Solothurn to Fraubrunnen. We can expect a moderate stage. We start the hike in the center of Solothurn and immediately cross the Aare via the Wengibrücke. We follow the signposted paths and cross the motorway after about 2.0 km. Shortly thereafter, we reach Oberwald at an altitude of 522 m, the highest point of the day's stage. After about 6.0 km, we reach the Emme river course. We follow this until we turn right near Schalunen after about 14.0 km. After a further approx. 3.5 km, we arrive at Fraubrunnen. The path today leads us over asphalt and natural paths.
