Today's moderate level day stage leads us over a distance of 14.4 km with a walking time of around 4.0 hours from Neuhaus to Siebnen. We start the hike at the Jakob Chapel and leave Neuhaus heading south along Jakobstrasse. We continue on the signposted paths until the motorway, which we cross after about 200 m. After approx. 2.0 km, we reach the highest point of the stage at Goldberg height at 521 m elevation. Then the path leads downhill through Lanzenmoos and we reach the idyllic village Schmerikon located on Obersee. We arrive at Tuggen after about 8.0 km and leave the settlement heading west. After crossing the motorway, we reach Siebnen. The path today takes us over both asphalt and natural trails.
