Willisau-Huttwil

Today's stage will take us over a distance of 16.3 km with a walking time of around 4.5 hours from Willisau to Huttwil. We can expect a moderate stage. We start the hike at Willisau station and pass through the old town to the Willisau cemetery. Here we turn right and leave the town heading north. We follow the signposted paths and cross the Luthern after about 9.0 km. Shortly after, we arrive at Ufhusen. The path today takes us over asphalt and natural paths. After about 13.0 km, we reach the highest point of the stage at 739 m altitude. The route continues over fields and through forests. Crossing the Langeten and the main road, we arrive in Huttwil.
